Lance Marshall – Director
Lance has been manufacturing plastic (Extrusion/Converting and Printing) for over 20 years. Lance’s solid technical background and extensive industry experience is invaluable and underpins his commitment to continual quality improvement in both service to his customers and product reliability.
While Lance is fully hands on in every aspect of the manufacturing and sales process, Crown Pack’s flat management structure ensures all staff have a thorough understanding of how the company runs and the range of products offered to our customers.
Lisa Orr – Office Manager / Accounts
Lisa is our Office Manager and has been with Crown Pack since Day 1. She is responsible for organising and co-ordinating the office operations, procedures and resources. She loves the variety and her ability to manage the day-to-day business makes it possible for the rest of the team to function effectively and efficiently.
Lisa excels in customer service, dispatch and accounts. She has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business. Her desire to address all customer queries and proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise, means no stone will be left unturned to get you the results you require!
Ross Stanley – National Business & Marketing Manager
Ross has worked at all levels of plastic production procedures and his valued technical expertise is a product of over 25 years in the plastic manufacturing industry. His current role gives him the opportunity to liaise between Technology, Sales and Product Management in the industry.
Ross is responsible for building relationships within the industry and uses his unique skills to gain a better understanding of emerging customer’s needs and demands. Ross is a visionary and loves the challenge of producing specialised plastic products for individual customer applications.
